The construction unit should install the crane on a flat and solid foundation with good visibility, and the body and ground anchor should be solid. The centerline of the hoist and the guide pulley should be vertically aligned, and the distance between the hoist and the pulley should generally not be less than 15 meters.

Before adjustment, wire rope, clutch, brake, safety catch, transmission pulley, etc. should be checked to ensure that it is safe and reliable. Wire ropes must be placed neatly on the reel and separated by at least three turns during the process. During the operation, no one is allowed to cross the wire rope of the crane to avoid accidents.

When heavy objects need to remain in the air while being lifted, in addition to using the brake, the ratchet safety card should be used. During work, it is strictly forbidden to leave the post without authorization.

During operation, the commander’s signal must be followed. When the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended and the operation can be continued after the situation is clarified. If there is a sudden power outage during work, the blade should be opened immediately and the carried objects should be put down on the ground.
